3. Results

The plants survived and grew larger when put into our system. They started out at an average of 2.2 cm. Here are some photos:

This shows the growth of the plants after four days as you can see, the plant grew almost another 4 cm from its original 2cm.

However you can see that sample 5 is staring to wilt as it was not getting enough water.

Here you can see a graph indication the moisture content of a sponge being run through our system.

We put the dry sponge in our system at the start and measured its resistance overtime at five-minute intervals.
